These Terms & Conditions apply when you browse the We Custom Packaging website, request a quotation or purchase products or services from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms together with the quotation, approved proof and policies referenced on this website.
Quotations and Orders
A quotation is based on the specifications available when it is issued and remains valid for the period stated. An order is accepted only when we confirm acceptance and any required payment has been received. We may decline or cancel an order where information is incomplete, payment cannot be authorised, materials are unavailable, the requested work is unlawful or a clear pricing error has occurred.
Customer Specifications and Artwork
You are responsible for providing accurate dimensions, quantities, product requirements, delivery information and production-ready artwork. You confirm that you own or have permission to use all supplied text, trademarks, graphics and other content. We may reject material that appears unlawful, infringing, offensive or unsafe.
Proof Approval
Digital or physical proofs are provided for checking as agreed. Approval authorises production and confirms acceptance of layout, wording, spelling, dimensions, colours, structure and finishing instructions. We are not responsible for errors visible in an approved proof. Changes after approval may create extra cost and delay.
Manufacturing Tolerances
Packaging manufacture is subject to reasonable trade tolerances. Small variations may occur in colour, substrate shade, texture, thickness, cutting, creasing, folding, gluing, print position, finish and quantity. Screen displays and digital proofs are not exact colour references. A recognised colour standard or physical proof should be agreed where exact matching is essential.
Prices and Payment
Prices are stated in the currency shown on the quotation or website and may exclude VAT, delivery, duties or additional services unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are shown on the quotation or invoice. We may pause work or withhold dispatch while an amount is overdue.
Production and Delivery
Turnaround estimates begin after required payment, specifications and proof approval. Dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. We are not liable for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, material shortages, severe weather, industrial action, customs processes or failures by third-party services.
Returns, Claims and Cancellations
Custom and personalised goods are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Claims for visible damage, shortages or incorrect goods should be made within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence. Cancellation costs may apply once design, materials, tooling or production work has begun.
Intellectual Property
The website, theme, branding and original content are protected by intellectual-property law. Customer-supplied artwork remains the customer’s or relevant owner’s property. Unless otherwise agreed, production methods, working files, tooling concepts and non-customer materials created by us remain ours.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that restriction, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or reputational damage. Our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected products or services, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Website Use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape content unlawfully or interfere with other users. Third-party links and services are provided for convenience and are governed by their own terms.
Governing Law and Changes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Kingdom jurisdiction stated on the relevant order documents. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes. We may update these website terms from time to time; the version in force when an order is accepted applies to that order.
